Matt is the Director of Cooperative Coaching Concepts. 
     He has a Masters Degree in counseling from USF and is a member of the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapists.  He has over twenty years experience working with parents and children in the Pasco County Schools and as a private practitioner.  He was named Counselor of the Year in Pasco County in 2004.

     Matt is known for his energetic style.
     He says his approach is simple:  create a cooperative relationship between parents and children in the family.  A permissive relationship creates uncertainty.  An autocratic relationship leaves people unhappy.  A cooperative relationship makes all parties feel valued and allows space for all to grow. 
   
    He conducts OPEN worships to help parents and other leaders cope with the challenge of raising children.  (See OPEN WORKSHOPS)
