Life With Hope, LLC will file your claims and do everything possible to collect funds to pay your counseling or therapy costs, however you will be responsible for any payments that are not paid for any reason.

* About Blue Card Contracts. These are BCBS contracts written by an out-of-state BCBS company. Because our therapists are contracted with BCBS of Florida, all BCBS companies list us as an eligible provider. When you call an out-of-state Blue Card company on the phone, they will even tell you that we are eligible providers. The trouble is that when it comes time to pay the claim, they will often not pay it because the "provider is ineligible to provide the service." What this means is that the contract is written in such as way that they will pay only providers that are licensed in the state where the contract is written, that is, a South Carolina Blue Card contract will only pay providers who are licensed in South Carolina etc. We know this to be true also of North Carolina, Texas and Delaware contracts. It is not true of every Blue Card contract, and the only way to tell if a client has coverage is to file a claim. For this reason, we ask clients with Blue Card contracts to pay up front the full amount that the insurance contact provides. We will file the insurance claim, and if the claim is paid, reimburse the client for the amount we receive.
